Eins offers the best selection of grip end of arm tooling for your facility’s plastic injection molding machine (IMM). Our mini cylinders, container cylinders, grippers and grip accessories are manufactured for consistent durability and accuracy.
Eins cylinders come in a variety of dimensions and strokes along with differing degrees of pressure output. Cylinders are manufactured to in both single and double-action type, with some being compatible for an auto switch for an action/return limit.
Eins clawed grippers are available in different models depending the material (superduralumin or steel) and their shape, which, for some models, can also be detached and substituted. The proximity sensor and limit switch units are also available, including their mounting brackets, springs, and mounting bolts.
Eins also offers magnet chucks using the powerful force of the embedded neodymium magnet to hold the chuck parts; and needle grippers, which hold fiber products with high results in air permeability.
