EINS E.O.A.T. Mini-Air Nipper Components
Eins supplies precision-made mini-air nippers and spare blades for use in injection molding machines. Our NW series mini air nippers can perform both push and pull operations, and are available in standard, thin, reversed and long clip blade configurations for a wide range of applications.
When choosing an air nipper, be aware of the diameter of the sprue that you will be cutting. The specifications on our products are valid as long as the sprue material is a soft resin (such as PP, PE, urethane, PS, PVC). If you are working with a harder resin (such as PPS, PA, PBT, ABS, PC, or one containing glass), cutting capacity will be reduced 35%. For this type of cutting, we recommend a blade with a brazed cemented carbide tip.
